Since joining TSD Communications in 2000, Ricki has provided strategic advice to a wide range of corporations, law firms, non-profit organizations and individuals, including Google, XM Satellite Radio, MySpace, Napster, the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, the Vera Institute DC, Shawn Fanning, and Juan Miguel and Elian Gonzales.

Ricki came to TSD after a long history of public service and political advocacy. Just before joining the firm, she served two years as Deputy Associate Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice. Before joining the Justice Department, Ricki was a fellow at the Institute of Politics, a program of Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. Ricki also served for three years as the executive director of Rock the Vote, a music industry-backed, non-profit organization that engages young people in the political process.

Ricki held several senior positions in the White House during the first term of the Clinton Administration, including Deputy Communications Director, Counselor to the Chief of Staff, and Director of Scheduling and Advance for the President. She headed the 1992 Clinton-Gore campaign's "War Room" in 1992, and directed a similar effort for the successful passage of the Clinton economic plan in 1993.

Ricki received a B.A. from Miami University in Oxford , Ohio and a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens.
